Natural Learning Facilitators
Renate N. Caine, Ph.D. is a professor emeritus, California State University, San Bernardino and the executive director of the Natural Learning Research Institute. She was an award winning high school teacher, consults with educators, gives talks around the world, and is the senior author of “Natural Learning for a Connected World”. Andréa Bond has been a vocal music educator and performer for over 20 years. As a homeschool parent since 2000 and student of Natural Learning since 2005, Andréa is excited to bring Natural Learning to parents, homeschool parents, parent support groups, co-ops, and other learning communities. She runs Process Learning Circles and workshops on components of Natural Learning, incorporating her study of Marshall Rosenberg’s work, Non-Violent Communication and HeartMath, a wonderful tool which can decrease stress and increase the learning capacities of all learners.
Carol McClintic has been an educator for over 35 years including preschool, elementary, middle, and high school as well as university extension teaching. She has led leadership teams at her teaching sites, administered grants, and co-created a certificate program in conflict resolution, and run numerous workshops. She is a senior consultant with NLRI, a co-author of an e-book, and is coauthor of “The 12 Brain/Mind Learning Principles in Action” as well as being an educational consultant with Renate and Geoffrey Caine for over 15 years.
